M PET HOLISTIC is committed to providing the simple and efficient shopping experience so that you can get back to spending time with your pets, family and friends! This includes offering you competitive prices, timely shipping, free delivery to your door step within coverage area (see map) in Toronto, and always free local pick up. 

We have chosen Canada Post to reliably deliver all of our parcels to you. If you would prefer to use another carrier, please feel free to contact us to make arrangements.

Canada Post:

  • Expedited (parcel service offered to businesses for most of Canada)
  • XpressPost

Please, log in to your account, add a product to your ‘Shopping Cart’, you will be able to see the shipping cost right there on the page. Our system provides you with the shipping options available in your area and you may then select the option you prefer.  We suggest adding items to your cart and viewing the new shipping charge to find the most cost effective parcel. The number of days it takes to ship an order is counted in business days, as Canada Post does not work on weekends or holidays. Please note that this is an ESTIMATE only, but quite accurate.

Local pick up or Free Delivery:

Please, log in to your account, and add a product to your ‘Shopping Cart’. You will be able to see the shipping options right there on the page. Select Local pick up or Free delivery, finish your transaction and we will contact you shortly to schedule pick up/delivery.

RETURNS

Your satisfaction is more important to us; If you wish to return products, please contact us: mpetholistic@gmail.com

We will accept returns and give full credit for any products that are returned to us in original condition, within 14 days of the customer’s receipt of the product. To receive a full credit for the item it must be in new condition, unopened. The original shipping charges will not be refunded, and you will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost.
